簡單說就是振膜並非全部一樣厚:在中間的soundzone(Klangzone), 振膜較厚. 如此,中間振膜可以作類似活塞的形式移動, 並避免不必要的共振. 效果是可以得到更真實的聲音, 更多的空間感, 在高頻部分有更多解析度. 而在周圍的movement zone (Bewegungszone), 其振膜較薄, 可以有較好的振動, 可以得到充滿力量和壓力的低頻.

you can also see the cartoon of the membrane in the page mentioned above. The phones which use the system are K501 and K401. I am not sure if K301 uses this tech.
